Decent, Affordable, Safe Housing for All Act
Scheduled to be formally introduced in September 2021, Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden’s (D-OR) Decent, Affordable, Safe Housing for All Act, or the DASH Act, would make numerous investments in affordable housing supply and demand programs, including investments and program improvements to the Housing Credit, enactment of the Neighborhood Homes Investment Credit, authorization of a mandatory spending housing voucher program and investments in rural housing, among other tax and spending initiatives.
