Congressional Republicans’ Letter to HUD to Extend CoC Grants
A group of Congressional Republicans sent this letter to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development urging HUD to extend for an additional 12 months all Continuum of Care grants set to expire in 2026. The lawmakers expressed concern that, without an extension, delays in HUD’s new funding cycle could disrupt housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.
