CFPB Final Rule on Qualified Mortgage Definition Delay
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued this final rule to delay the mandatory compliance date for the final Qualified Mortgage (QM) Definition under the Truth in Lending Act: General QM Loan Definition from July 1, 2021 to October 1, 2022.
