The American Enterprise Institute analyzes those metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) it deems most at risk from delinquent Federal Housing Administration mortgages. The page also includes a tool that allows visitors to view maps of the largest 50 metro areas and breaks down, at the zip code level, data on mortgage delinquencies and the concentration of minority borrowers. It also includes access to a spreadsheet listing FHA delinquencies for the largest 169 MSAs.
