The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency today announced recipients of a new round of funding for housing programs made available through the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement fund.
MassHousing Announces Expanded, Statewide Down Payment Assistance Program
MassHousing announced today the expansion of the Agency's Down Payment Assistance (DPA) mortgage program. MassHousing’s expanded DPA program now offers up to $25,000 in down payment assistance to all income-eligible first-time homebuyers, when purchasing a first home in any city or town in Massachusetts.
THDA Awards Springboard Landings $600,000 from Tennessee Housing Trust Fund
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) awarded $600,000 to Springboard Landings from the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund (THTF) on Tuesday, June 10. THTF grants are awarded to eligible non-profit partners, public housing authorities, development districts and local communities to address the housing needs of the most underserved Tennesseans.

Kansas Housing Awards Four 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Proposals in Round One
In February, Kansas Housing received 11 applications for the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), equating to more than $17 million in LIHTCs and Kansas Affordable Housing Tax Credits (KAHTC) for the first of two application rounds. Of the four applications awarded, the approved LIHTCs/KAHTCs and PABs will build 585 new units.
