THDA Awards Over $25 Million in Federal Housing Credits
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) announced late July that it has awarded over $25 million in annual 9% federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), which will lead to the construction and rehabilitation of 988 affordable housing units in the state. These credits are expected to generate a total of $250 million over the next ten years.
