Kansas Housing Awards Four 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Proposals in Round One
In February, Kansas Housing received 11 applications for the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), equating to more thanย $17 millionย in LIHTCs and Kansas Affordable Housing Tax Credits (KAHTC) for the first of two application rounds. Of the four applications awarded, the approved LIHTCs/KAHTCs and PABs willย build 585 new units.
