SD Housing Expands Governor’s House Eligibility Through Updated Income Limits

More South Dakotans may now qualify to purchase a Governor's House following action by the South Dakota Housing Board of Commissioners. Effective June 15, 2026, household income eligibility for the Governor's House program increased to 100% of the State Median Income, currently $103,400.

CHFA Closes First Loan Under New Affordable Homeownership Program

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced today the closing of a $5.7 million construction loan to support Osina Developmentโ€™s Wolff Street Flats, a new, affordable for-sale housing development in Denverโ€™s West Colfax neighborhood. Upon completion, the development will offer 23 affordable condominium homes to qualified homebuyers.

Homeowner Assistance Fund Program Accepting Final Applications Until June 15

Homeowners who have struggled to make mortgage payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic may still be eligible for assistance, but June 15 is the last chance to apply. Because program funds are running low, Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will close the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program to new applications at 8 a.m. on June 15.
