USDA RD Seeks Applications for Technical Assistance Grants
Yesterday, May 4, 2023, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development announced that it is now accepting applications for the Nonprofit Transfer Technical Assistance (NP TA) Grant Program and the Off-Farm Labor Housing Technical Assistance (Off-FLH TA) Grant Program.
Milliken Heights Celebrates Grand Opening
On May 9th from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. the Szanton Company, a Portland-based housing developer, will celebrate its Grand Opening for Milliken Heights. This 55-unit apartment building for residents aged 55+ is nearly fully rented, six weeks after opening its doors.

Homeless Continuum of Care Awarded Competitive Grant
