OHFA Announces New Staff and Employee Promotions

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is proud to share that Jessica Grant has joined the OHFA team, and Jeremy Johnson and Jannette Patete have been promoted.

Jessica Grant is a legal assistant in the Office of Legal Affairs. Prior to joining OHFA, she worked for Babin Law, LLC, as a litigation paralegal. She brings more than 14 years of legal experience to OHFA. Jessica graduated summa cum laude with an associate degree in paralegal studies from Columbus Academy. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MBA from Ohio University.

Jeremy Johnson has been named chief information officer. He previously served as the agency’s chief technology officer. Before joining the agency, Jeremy held several information technology positions over 14 years with the Supreme Court of Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Augsburg University and a master’s degree in management information systems from Metro State University.

Jannette Patete also has been promoted to bond accountant 2. She started as a bond accountant 1 in OHFA’s Finance Office in August 2023. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from American InterContinental University, she previously worked for Hokuta USA Inc, as an account specialist that processed account receivables and payables and monitored bank and credit card accounts.
