FRANKFORT, Kentucky — Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) congratulates Weatherization Monitor/Training Specialist Dewayne Cade who was recently selected to serve on a national committee to define the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed for his field.
“I am happy to have been chosen to serve on this committee,” Cade said. “It means a lot to me to be recognized as a professional in my field and to have an opportunity to revise and improve the job task analysis for crew leader.”
The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Department of Energy (DOE) oversee committees that create the Job Task Analyses (JTA) for positions in their industry.
