Jamee Robinson joins VHFA as Director of Human Resources and Administration

Executive Director Maura Collins announced that Jamee Robinson (she/her) of Jericho has joined Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) in the role of Director of Human Resources and Administration.

Robinson has 17 years of experience working for Fluor at the IBM/GlobalFoundries plant in a series of progressively more advanced roles, most recently as the Site Manager. In this role she oversaw all aspects of managing 30 employees, including managing their invoice & payroll processing, human resources functions, account reconciliation, and audits.

“Jamee is very personable and kind and brings a wealth of management experience,” explained Collins. “We are very excited to have her in this key leadership role as we continue to evolve new workplace models in post-pandemic Vermont.”

VHFA is a non-profit agency created in 1974 by the Vermont Legislature to finance and promote affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income Vermonters. Since its inception, the Agency has helped approximately 30,000 Vermont households with affordable mortgages and financed the development of approximately 8,800 affordable rental apartments.
