Groundbreaking for The Bluffs Apartments

Housing Finance Officer Kevin Brown represented CalHFA at today’s groundbreaking for The Bluffs, a 36-unit affordable housing development in the city of Capitola, Santa Cruz County.

The Bluffs will be constructed in collaboration with CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, the city and county, CTCAC and various private partners.

MIP launched in 2019 following the passage of the Building Homes and Jobs Act, and in that time has provided financing to help construct 9,151 units of affordable housing at a mix of income levels.
