AHTCC Accepting Nominations for Housing Credit Excellence Awards
The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) is accepting entries and nominations for the 22nd Annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards. The awards honor the best in affordable rental housing development. Each winner and honorable mention will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Washington, DC in June. Projects placed in service on or after January 1, 2013 are eligible. Entries may be made in the following categories:
- Developments located in a metropolitan area;
- Developments located in a rural area;
- Special Needs Housing;
- Senior Housing;
- Green Housing;
- HUD Preservation properties; and
- Public Housing.
