Katelynn Harris
| Past Author Profile | Katelynn Harris previously worked with the NCSHA Policy and Government Affairs team on multifamily tax issues, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME and the Housing Trust Fund, and Opportunity Zones. Prior to joining NCSHA, Katelynn interned with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, where she focused on advocacy and policy initiatives related to the Community Revitalization Act and Government Sponsored Enterprise reform. Katelynn earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in American government from Appalachian State University, as well as a professional certificate in nonprofit management. |  |
