RIN 2590-AA83: Affordable Housing Program Amendments

In March 2018, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) issued a notice proposing amendments to regulations governing the Federal Home Loan Banks’ (Banks) Affordable Housing Program (AHP or Program). The proposal is designed to give FHLBs more flexibility in administering and targeting their AHP programs to meet specific housing needs.
