NCSHA Comments to USDA on Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Proposed Rule
NCSHA submitted comments on March 28, 2023, to the U.S. Department of Agriculture on its proposed rule for the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program. The letter expressed concerns regarding a few operational issues the proposed rule presented to state HFAs, including a provision that small servicers would not be required to send monthly statements or act as third-party debt collectors.
