Grand Opening for Gateway Rising

Director of Multifamily Programs Kate Ferguson and Housing Finance Officer Kevin Brown represented CalHFA at today’s Grand Opening for the large-scale rehabilitation of Gateway Rising in Menlo Park, San Mateo County.

The development, which saw in increase from 82 to 140 units as part of the rehabilitation, is a collaboration between CalHFA, MidPen Housing, the City of Menlo Park, the County of San Mateo, CTCAC and other private partners.

MidPen has been a great partner to CalHFA for more than 30 years and this latest deal was approved for CalHFA financing in 2020.
