NCSHA Comments on HUD Budget PBCA Proposal
NCSHA sent this letter to HUD regarding the proposed Budget Request for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) Budget Request (Section 237), related to the Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) program.
