NCSHA Comments to HUD on BABA Waiver
On March 2, 2023, NCSHA submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development these comments regarding the Public Interest Phased Implementation Waiver for FY 2022 and 2023 of Build America, Buy America Provisions issued on February 15, 2023.
