CHFA Hires New Community Relationship Manager Serving Eastern Colorado

(DENVER) – Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to welcome Trisha Herman as its newest community relationship manager serving eastern Colorado. In her role, Herman will help CHFA advance its work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and economic development.
CHFA partners with the private, nonprofit, and public sectors to support affordable homeownership, the development and preservation of affordable rental housing, and help small- and medium-sized businesses access capital. CHFA is proud to have invested $3.6 billion in Colorado’s eastern regions since its inception in 1973.
Herman is based in Holyoke and will support Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld and Yuma counties.
She joins CHFA with a diverse background and experience in nonprofit and education. Before joining CHFA, Herman served as the executive director of Phillips County Economic Development.
Herman’s community volunteerism includes work with the Holyoke City Recreation Committee, Holyoke Community Childcare Initiative, Women’s Golf Board, and Youth Summer Swim Team. She is also a Boettcher Doers and Difference Makers Fellow Alum.
Herman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in family studies and human services from Kansas State University.
