HUD Operating Requirements on Emergency Housing Vouchers
On May 5, 2021, the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Public and Indian Housing issued these operating requirements for the $5 billion in Emergency Housing Vouchers included in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
