MSHDA’s Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) is designed to help with high-impact, quick-turnaround housing oriented projects or activities in neighborhoods. The primary goal of the program is to identify and fund activities that visually address unique neighborhood needs in ways that keep neighbors engaged in facilitating positive change.
