Will Lavy

Will Lavy serves as a policy director for the Office of Recapitalization. In this role his team develops policy and program implementation guidance the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), the Section 202 Housing for the Elderly NOFA, and other initiatives to preserve and improve HUD-assisted housing.
