Mark Dominick is the Acting Director of Assisted Housing Oversight within the Office of Asset Management and Portfolio Oversight (OAMPO), Office of Multifamily Housing, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In this role, he oversees branches handling Financial Operations (i.e. Section 8 PBRA, PRAC subsidies, etc), Section 8 Contract Administration, Grants and New Funding (i.e. Service Coordination, Section 202/811 Capital Advances, Section 811 PRA) and Subsidy Oversight. Prior to the detail, he served as the Asset Management Division Director in HUD’s Multifamily Southeast Regional Center, in Atlanta, GA, overseeing Asset Management functions in the States of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Dominick, in his 15 years with HUD, has served in numerous positions/roles, all in Multifamily Housing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Michigan State University and Masters in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Mr. Dominick is also a Lieutenant, Supply Corps Officer, with the U.S. Navy Reserves, attached to support operations for the Fleet Logistics Center in Bahrain, within the 5th Fleet Area of Operations.
