Jennifer Trepinski

Jen Trepinski is a strategic affordable housing finance professional with over 10 years’ experience in finance and development.  Currently the Director of Loan Originations at CSH, Jen oversees the national lending pipeline with annual commitments of over $100 million.  Jen also works with CSH’s lenders and program staff to provide assistance to government and other stakeholders to shape policies and funding programs that create quality supportive housing production programs that better serve the needs of vulnerable, extremely low income individuals and families who face significant barriers to accessing and retaining housing.  Jen has underwritten over $80 million in loans both as a lender at CSH and as Managing Director at Contact Fund, LLC, an emerging community development loan fund where she was responsible for business development, underwriting, and portfolio management activities. Jen also served as an Environmental Education Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia and is fluent in Spanish.  She currently serves as President of the board of Women in Housing and Finance of New York. Jen earned her MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy, with a concentration in Community Development Finance, and her BA from the University of Oregon in Environmental Studies.
