Samphas Chhea

Sammi Chhea is a Senior Vice President in the Public Finance Housing and Real Estate Group at Jefferies, the largest independent investment bank in the United States.  She brings approximately 15 years of experience in municipal finance.  In her career, she has provided investment banking services to numerous issuers across a variety of sectors, including state housing finance agencies nationally in both single family and multifamily financings. Ms. Chhea holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Union College.
