Dottie Sheppick

Dottie Sheppick launched Specialty Mortgage Product Solutions (SMPS) in 2016 to provide consulting services for the affordable housing industry. Dottie began her career in affordable housing in 1989, as part of Fannie Mae’s Office of Low and Moderate Income Housing. In 1996, she joined Bank of America (formerly Countrywide Home Loans) to launch the correspondent lending master servicer business. Her team also provided HFA loan origination support to retail and wholesale. SMPS clients have included the CA Association of Realtors, the Nickerson Group, NCSHA, Freddie Mac and Habitat for Humanity International.
