Jack Hawkins

Jack is the Project Finance Manager & Credit Approval Officer for Idaho Housing and Finance Association. Jack’s responsibilities include managing the federal programs, HOME, HTF, NSP, HOME-ARP, and the state of Idaho Work Force Housing fund. Jack is also responsible for managing the lending for IHFA along with a portfolio of 110 million in low-income projects in the state of Idaho.

Jack has spent the majority of his career in the banking and lending industry and has extensive experience in commercial real estate underwriting and lending. Additionally, Jack has consulted with the accounting firm KPMG performing bank credit examinations.

A native Idahoan, Jack has Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Idaho. He and his wife Julie have two daughters and three grandsons. Jack enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time at their cabin, where cell phone coverage is virtually impossible!
