Jennifer Henderson

Jennifer Henderson oversees the Planning and Housing Development division’s work for North Dakota Housing Finance Agency. The division is responsible for administering the allocation and compliance functions for the Low-Income Housing Credit, Housing Trust Fund, HOME and the State’s Housing Incentive Fund. In addition, the division is responsible for the administration of the Emergency Solutions Grant, North Dakota Homeless Grant, and other state grant programs to support availability and access to affordable housing in North Dakota.
