Marie Poole

Marie is the Section 8 Portfolio Manager with New Hampshire Housing. In that capacity, she manages the PBCA and TCA portfolio and the compliance side of the 811 PRA portfolio. Prior to joining New Hampshire Housing in 2011, Marie built a 26 year career around the management of Section 8 and affordable housing as well as, the development of affordable and LIHTC housing.
