Brian Miller
D. Brian Miller is CHFAās Asset Management Director, overseeing the organizations commercial real estate loan portfolio, asset quality, low income housing tax credit compliance, the performance based Section 8 contract administration program, and the chfaREACH program.
With more than 30 years of experience in financial services and asset management, Miller leads a 35-member team responsible for ensuring that the 850+ commercial properties supported by CHFA and its programs are compliant with all applicable state, federal, and program related rules and regulations. As part of these efforts, Miller is also responsible for CHFAās commercial loan servicing, asset quality, construction services, and the physical operation of CHFAās Denver and Grand Junction offices.
Miller has been a member of CHFAās team since 1998, and has served in his current capacity since 2003. He is a member of CHFAās Strategic Management Team, chair of CHFAās Tax Credit Allocation Committee, a pasted Executive Committee member of the Colorado National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), and past Board member for Senior Housing Options (SHO). Miller has been named āDirector of the Yearā by Colorado NAHRO, and āPBCAā Contractor of the Year by the Affordable Housing Management Association.
