irectly manage the Housing Compliance Department that provides regulatory oversight of PBCA, LIHTC, HOME, NSP, and SNAPS program. Supervise 7 employees that provide administrative support and monitoring of multifamily apartment complexes located throughout Idaho with over 11,000 affordable housing units.

Prior to working at IHFA, Katie worked for the Boise City Ada County Housing Authority managing the Housing Choice Voucher program.
