Vashawn Banks

Vashawn Banks is the Director of the Financial and Information Services Division in HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs. He and his team of Affordable Housing Specialists, Financial Analysts, and IT Specialists, are responsible for preparing the annual budget for the HOME Investment Partnerships and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) programs; web-based publishing of performance and financial reports; compliance tracking and follow-up actions; and providing technical assistance to HUD’s Community Planning and Development (CPD) Field Offices, grantees, and contractors.
