Linda Hill

Linda Hill is vice president responsible for tax credit and affordable housing debt production. She is a member of the Senior Management Group at Aegon Real Assets. Linda had previously been with the firm from 2004 to 2011 starting as a senior asset manager and then became responsible for the production side of community investments including origination, acquisition, underwriting and closing of tax credit transactions. From 2011 to 2015, Linda was senior vice president of acquisitions/originations for Alliant Capital, a national tax credit syndicator. Linda rejoined the organization in 2015 to manage the Tax Credit production group. She has 29 years of real estate experience and 25 years of affordable housing experience. She received her BA from Assumption College.
