Felita Hamilton

Felita Hamilton is a Multifamily Programs Allocation Manager at Tennessee Housing Development Agency. In this role, she supervisors the allocation and administration of the Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond Authority programs. These programs are instrumental in the preservation and construction of affordable housing units across the state.

Hamilton has a proven track record in the development of safe, sound, and affordable housing. Having spent 13 years in the industry, in both Section 8 Contract Administration and in Multifamily Programs which is responsible for the administration of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Private Activity Bonds.

Hamilton holds a Masters Degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from Tennessee State University.
