Barbara Campbell

Barbara Campbell is an attorney in Branch 5 of the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, IRS. She works in the area of tax credits, including the low-income housing credit and rehabilitation credit. Prior to joining Branch 5, Ms. Campbell worked in Branch 1 of the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Passthrough and Special Industries where she specialized in the taxation of partnerships and Subchapter S corporations.
