Jessica Wright

Title: Relationship Manager, Housing Finance Agencies Division: Customer Engagement Responsibilities: Jessica Wright is Fannie Mae’s Relationship Manager, reporting to the Director of Customer Account Management. Wright is responsible for developing and executing holistic business strategies that support the Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs). In this role, she manages business relationships for HFAs in the mid-west and works to maximize the value of these customer relationships to drive mutually beneficial business results. Experience: Ms. Wright joined Fannie Mae in 2003. During her tenure, she has held various positions in product development, investor relations, and project management. Her diverse background and proven track record of generating creative ideas, business solutions and implementation management have helped her garner leadership roles on strategic initiatives that support HFA activities. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Wright worked for Ernst and Young LLP as a project manager in the tax compliance division. Wright has completed the School of Mortgage Banking training (SOMB I & II) through the Mortgage Bankers Association.
