Kevin Tatreau

KEVIN L. TATREAU currently serves as the Director of Development Finance at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Florida’s housing finance authority. As the Director of Development Finance, Tatreau oversees a broad range of duties inclusive of multifamily program funding structures, economic viability concerns, credit underwriting and cost certification issues, economic impact to Florida, RFA development, cost containment, and portfolio analysis. Works closely with staff, developers, syndicators, lenders, and local governments. He has been employed in the banking/commercial real estate and affordable housing industries for 35 years.
