Mary Ross is a nationally recognized expert in property management training, compliance consulting and related areas. Mary and her husband Mark founded Ross Business Development, Inc. in 2001. Ross Business Development is a female-owned for-profit company based in Marietta, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta, GA). RBD offers products and services to assist industry professionals maintain compliance with HUD’s requirements surrounding HUD Occupancy, Fair Housing, TRACS, EIV and PBRA RAD programs.
