Dale Quisgard

Dale Quisgard, HOME Program Manager, has been working with the Maryland State HOME Program for over 8 years. She administers the HOME program in-house and through on-site monitoring. She has over 40 years’ experience in the Loan and Financial field, managing, supervising, and administering all stages of the lending industry, including collection/foreclosure prevention, loan origination, underwriting and processing, construction management, secondary market sales, statistical data gathering and grant reporting.
