Jim Stretz brings a unique affordable housing background that includes, lender, issuer, developer, underwriter, and investor. He headed the New Mexico MFA for 12 years as well as a statewide nonprofit, The Arizona Family Housing Fund. As an underwriter he has done business in 27 states for both multifamily and single-family issues totaling more than $8 Billion.
Jim is Vice Chair for Cinnaire Capital, a non-profit ,tax credit syndicator/ CDFI and is past Chair of Housing Colorado in his home state. He is a former board member and officer of NCSHA and one of only 8 individuals to be given NCSHA’s Leadership Award. Jim holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, and a BS in Economics from Colorado State University.
