Tracy Thurston is the Managing Director, Multifamily Programs and Asset Management, having served the Corporation for five years. Her chief responsibilities include the administration of federal and state resources for the production and preservation of multifamily affordable housing including Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME Investment Partnership Program and state and national Affordable Housing Trust funds. Prior to this role, Ms. Thurston served as Managing Director of Corporate Planning and Accountability at KHC where she oversaw business planning and risk management activities. Prior to KHC, Ms. Thurston held various roles in affordable housing, including the administration of Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs and PBCA contracts.
Ms. Thurston holds a master degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor degree in Business Management from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
