Greg Blake serves as the chief information officer (CIO) and vice president of administration for Idaho Housing and Finance Administration. In his position, he oversees information technology, marketing and communication, and Human Resources. He oversees various strategic functions with Idaho Housing and coordinates with management regarding IT, information management, cybersecurity, and operations.
Prior to his tenure at Idaho Housing, Greg spent 20 years as a corporate technology business owner and worked in management consulting for Ernst & Young, LLP. Greg has worked and consulted to over one hundred companies by providing his expertise in IT system governance, IT security consulting, cybersecurity, fraud mitigation, risk management, process improvement, and software development.
Greg received his computer science and COE education at the University of California at Santa Barbara and holds technical and professional certifications including the Certified in the Governance Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Greg has presented to numerous industry groups on cybersecurity and IT governance. Greg is currently a member of ISACA, and on the CWI technical advisory committee.
