Gina Hickman, CPA, Deputy Director of Finance and Administration, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority: Gina Hickman joined MFA in March, 2009. As Deputy Director of Finance and Administration, Ms. Hickman is a member of MFA’s senior management team and is responsible for financial, mortgage and information technology operations. This includes ensuring fiscal accountability through the integrity and validity of financial data and reporting, as well as overseeing and analyzing policy, evaluating new programs, long range planning and debt issuance. Ms. Hickman’s background and qualifications include over 30-years’ experience in auditing, accounting and financial management. She received her Bachelors of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and is a certified public accountant in the state of New Mexico. Ms. Hickman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Government Finance Officers Association.
