Jennifer Henderson oversees the planning and housing development division’s work for North Dakota Housing Finance Agency. The division provides community leaders and housing developers with technical and financial assistance needed to define local housing needs, devise development strategies, and position communities for growth. To date, the planning and housing development division programs have funded more than 9,000 units and helped rehab over 6,000 units in North Dakota.
Henderson actively works to advance collaboration between housing and service providers to better identify and support the state’s special needs populations. She is a member of the North Dakota Behavioral Health Council, Statewide Supportive Housing Collaborative and Statewide Aging Collaborative and works closely with the Department of Human Services.
