We give our investors the option to participate in a pooled fund or in an individually curated fund.

Investors who participate in a pooled fund will have the opportunity to diversify their asset allocations over a number of investments. The pooled fund will target a mixed portfolio of businesses and real estate in a variety of locations across the U.S. We anticipate a diverse cross-section of investments, including:
o Equity investments in businesses with qualifying assets located in Opportunity Zones
o Ground-up residential, commercial, and industrial real estate developments
o Rehabilitation of existing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and communities
o Investors in individually curated funds will have the discretion to accept or decline specific investment opportunities, and they will have the discretion to accept or decline co-investors in their curated fund.

Managing Directors include Kristy King, Stephen Owens, Bill Pruitt, and Bowman Brown.

We are a boutique investment fund founded by experienced investors to source and manage long-term equity investments in Qualified Opportunity Zone businesses and real estate properties.

Our management team is uniquely experienced and qualified to invest in businesses, including early-stage companies, as well as real estate ventures. Our fund benefits from the extensive network and relationships of the team, transcending geographies, industries, professional resources, and asset classes.

We are accepting capital gains for current as well as future investments in six Qualified Opportunity Zone investments.
