Additional Fund Details

Riverbound Custom Storage & RV Park is the first in the Western United States to combine a man-cave storage facility, RV park, and recreation amenities. Whether you are a weekend warrior or enjoying a six-month stay, our complex will address the needs of a new breed of RV, boat, and desert enthusiasts who want to maximize their vacation time. Patrons can have fun peeling out in their UTVs, motorcycles, or jeeps into the Mohave Desert while being able to enjoy the convenience of storing their vehicles and trailers, rather than towing them several hundred miles. Riverbound Custom Storage & RV Park will have up to 250 sites in its first 2 phases of development. Each site will consist of indoor and outdoor storage on its own 1/8 acre, including freestanding individual steel storage structures. Lessees will have the flexibility to enjoy interior add-on items through an a la carte menu. Such luxuries encompass climate control features, work bench, tool chest, car lift, Wi-Fi connectivity, Blue-Tooth speakers, flat screen TV, refrigerator, dart board, foosball table, pub-style table set, and much more, allowing folks to customize their man-cave, giving it a home-away-from-home touch. Our facility has plans to incorporate a general store, laundromat, pull-through wash station, and fuel station. Each site will include individual pedestals which will have full hook-up provisions plus sewage runoff for RVs and campers. There will be a swimming pool and spa, a golf driving range, tennis court, basketball court, a kids' park, and a dog exercise area. Each 20ā€™ x 50ā€² man-cave will be erected on a 5ā€³-3,000 PSI concrete pad, which will be fully enclosed with 6ā€ (R-19) vinyl-reinforced back fiberglass insulation and constructed with a 16ā€™ x 14ā€² insulated steel overhead door with an electric drawbar operator. This unique design will not only accommodate full-size motor homes or fifth wheels, boats, jet skis, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles but also provide sufficient maneuverability once all of your treasures are packed in. Along the side of each unit is a 15ā€™ x 50ā€² concrete RV pad with a permanent awning and a 9ā€™ x 18ā€² paved parking space for visitors. Phase I of Riverbound Custom Storage & RV is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by year-end 2019.

Organization Details

Ryan Rodney, the project developer, has always been a community and family guy. Rodney has been coming to the desert since he was a young child as the river life is simply a part of who he is. That was in large part why he chose Lake Havasu City to be the home of this unique and novel concept. Not only did he choose Lake Havasu, but he also chose to award a ton of the work to local companies as well. Project organizations include Pioneer Earth Movers, Tri-Suns Engineering, ABCO Builders, APL Surveying, Dean Appraisal, D.L. Campbell, WireFree Communications, Armor Fence & Masonry, Party Express, The Dustin Runyon Team, Mudsharks Brewery, and Shugrueā€™s Restaurant. Rodney has taken great pride in making sure the local economy is stimulated as much as possible by this grand development as he is a big believer in the future of Lake Havasu City and is fired up about bringing Riverbound Custom Storage & RV Park to life.
