The purpose of this investment is to leverage the expertise of our teamā€™s diverse background. With experience in finance, construction, architecture, and economic development and decades of successful real estate development execution, we operate from the perspective of business architects (allowing economic relevance and agility to take center stage and create a genuine sense of place). The sponsor of the project is R&P Investment Group, the principal and advisory team of which have over 20 years of experience in business and social architecture, private equity and venture capital fund management, and sales management. DROF I plans to conduct periods of holding for 5, 7, and 10 years.
