This is a single project QOF. Located in Phoenix, AZ, the identified Project is a 20-story high-rise which is projected to include 14 stories of furnished micro-apartment units above a six-story parking garage with approximately 4,300 square feet of ground-level retail and/or co-working space.
Ovation Partners, LP is an asset management firm focused primarily on private credit, specialty finance and other unique, yield-oriented investments. Founded in 2010, Ovation has grown to more than $550MM in AUM. In early 2018, Ovation began analyzing qualified opportunity zone ("QOZ") investments and believes that fully entitled and shovel-ready projects might mitigate the risk associated with strict deployment time frames mandated by the QOZ Regulations. Ovation will offer interests in single-project QOFs. Along with the respective developers, we're committing nearly $10 million of our own capital gains into the projects.
